I parked my Jeep in an under roof area. on exiting I noticed liquid on my vehicle. thought nothing of it. Shortly afterwards I noticed where the liquid dripped onto my car, the paint was flaking off. I reported it to security. they referred me to their insurance company, who said I must get quotes. All the panel beaters want R550-00 per quote. I told Tyger Valley I am a pensioner and get R11 164-09, of which my house cost me R7 888-64, leaving me with R3 275-45. I cannot afford to pay for the quotes, as well that I am the innocent party here, with the damage caused by their building. How can I be expected to pay for damages caused by them, Both them and their insurance are not willing to waive these costs. How is it fair that I should sit with a damaged car? Cell 072 462 8758.

YESTERDAY (27 NOVEMBER 2024) I WENT TO BUY A SCREEN PROTECTOR AT THIS PLACE FOR MY DAUGHTERS TABLET WHICH I HAD JUST BOUGHT IN THE MALL, AND ASKED THE PRICE AND DISTINCTIVELY HEARD R99. THE GUY PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE SCREEN PROTECTOR USING SOME MACHINE. FIRSTLY, THEY COULD NOT MAKE TO COMPLETELY FIT THE SCREEN, THEY USED A BLADE TO CUT OUT A SHARP EDGED SQUARE, KEEPING IN MIND THE SCREEN HAS ROUNDED EDGES, WHICH ALREADY LOOKED LIKE **** !!! THEY OFFERED ME A CELL PHONE COVER FOR MY CELL PHONE AT R300 WHICH I DECLINED DUE TO THE PRICE BEING TOO MUCH. THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY WILL CHARGE R150 FOR THE COVER, WHICH I AGREED TO. LONG STORY SHORT, WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY, THE CARD MACHINE READ R800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT !!!!!! THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE SAID "R599" FOR THE SCREEN PROTECTOR AND RETRACTED THE APPARENT DISCOUNT OF THE COVER WHICH SOMEHOW MADE THE PRICE R800, ACCORDING TO THEM. THEY PERSISTED THAT THEY SAID R599 WHEN I INITIALLY ASKED. THEY THEN DECIDED TO GIVE ME R200 DISCOUNT, WHICH NOW MADE IT R600. I WAS NOT PREPARED TO PAY THAT AMOUNT AS I HAD JUST BOUGHT A TABLET. AND IF THEY HAD INITIALLY SAID R599, I WOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO THAT PRICE, ITS RIDICULOUS! EVENTUALLY, I PAID THE R600 AS I HAD NO CHOICE. MORAL OF THE STORY: THIS IS F***KING DAY LIGHT ******* !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SEE YOU'RE A WOMEN ALONE WITH A CHILD AND THINK THEY CAN DO THIS TYPE OF ****! AND AS A WOMAN, IN TODAYS TIME, YOU FEAR WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU PUT UP A FIGHT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! NOT ONLY DO THEY ROB YOU, THEIR QUALITY IS ABSOLUTE ****!!!

On the 16th of September at about 15h00 I parked my vehicle in front of entrance 11. When I got out of my car the security guard was standing there and when I got back at the car after a hour and a half. When I was still searching for my keys my daughter said that the car is open, but with packages still in the car we got in and left. When I got hom I realised that my laptop was not in the car and only then we noticed that we got remoted jacked. I lodge a claim with Naked Insurance for the laptop although there was much more in my bag. They requested me to send them footage of the incident. My husband went to the centre and spoke to a Quinton to get footage. When I followed up he was very rude and said that he had more important issues to attend to. I then phoned the manager of the centre and they got him to call me back. he said that it is against there policy to give me footage but he will see what he can do. Today it is almost a month later and still no answer. My insurance declined my claim because I could not provide them with the footage and now I have to replace the laptop and other valuables because the centre does not want to assist. I am very dissapointed in them and heard about a few other people that is also unhappy. How can we go there again and trust that we will be save?

We have shopped in Tyger Valley Shopping Centre several occasions in the past few weeks. Their Parking Pay Stations are the worst experience possible, a DISGRACE INDEED. At the Milay Womens Store exit, ONE out of three Pay Stations were in service and NOT PROVIDING CHANGE - WHAT A *******. Paid parking tickets are inserted at the exits and the booms remains open !! Sure indication of the Management attitude towards clients.

A piano, left open in the walkways of the centre. A friend played the piano pretty well, but afterwards, security guards approached and then the piano was closed and covered up. Shame, really shame on you, Tygervalley Shopping centre

Hi Good day On the 11th of June 2023 I upgraded(A24) one of my Vodacom contracts at Game Tyger Valley center. The deal included Samsung Galaxy A24 plus a R5000 game voucher with Free buds live worth R3000 as advertised. See the attached. I received the phone and the R5000 voucher as soon as the deal was approved but was advised that I need to go to Vodacom or Samsung where I will be assisted with getting the Buds live delivered to to my home. When we registered the phone on Samsung members app the consultant at Vodacom Tyger valley advised the deal was not loaded properly by the Game cellular consultant hence I do not qualify for the free buds live. When I approached the consultant at game, I was advised there was issue or problem with regards to the adverti*****t.ie There was supposed to be a Watch also with the deal and that's why I can't claim for the Buds live. I am not interested in the watch, I am would like to know how I am going get the buds air as per adverti*****t. Please advise soonest as I have been back and forth from Game to Vodacom trying to resolve this issue. The above email was sent 11th of June and and while I have been contacted by both Game Tyger valley and the service or customer care department numerous times, the issue is still unresolved. I have all the supporting documents. From what I can gather, this deal was not advertised properly as per T and Cs of Samsung. No one wants to admit to this. This could be due to lack of following procedure or lack of training. Can we please resolve this matter urgently!
