You can't get through to them ...I have been trying to contact them on all numbers available...nothing works I i also sent an e-mail. RIDICULOUS.
Very bad service with Cell C..it's like nobody speaks too each other,or make notes on the system. I have been calling in everymonth checking up on my account.and everyone giving me wrong info.i am so mad I want too cancel all my contract with immediate effect.Customer service is terrible then they act like you in the wrong.

this poor kak,i spent hours of my airtime calling fnb,to resolve this matter. again this morning i called they just keep passing the buck, i had a temp loan that was paid off same month last year and still reflecting as not paid, is there anybody that can do there job at fnb and know what they are doing? thats why i moved my buisiness accounts over too NEDBANK than too get this poor service.
