I was at the at Bossa at the entrance I was told all the tables are reserved then I sat in the middle, then I asked the other waiter about the tables and apparently none of those tables were reserved it's just the lady didn't want me to sit there for some reasons I don't know. I left the place without even ordering because I couldn't understand why she would treat a customer like that. Ain't all customers supposed to be treated the same.
I got sms from Multichoice on Tuesday stating that they did not get the payment and had stop my viewing. I paid DSTV on the 27th of Jan as always do every month. I then call the call center, I was told to send email to proofofpayment@dstv.co.za. The email address was not found, I called again another consultant told me to send to the same email address. I called the 3rd time telling them this email address is not going through, the consultant laughed so hard saying "they were fooling you" that is not the correct one and she gave me the correct one. *First red flag why would they give me wrong email address* NEGLIGENCE. They told me to email proof of payment, I emailed the bank statement showing my transaction bcz I lost the slip, I was told the bank statement is not a proof enough. I went to Roy Tronix Multichoice in Brackenfell to ask got copy, I was told that they don't see my payment on their system but "they do remember me paying on the 27th. They sent me to the bank to ask them to go through my transaction and get the Ref number. At the bank they could only give me banks statement as it not practical to get Ref from them cz they didn't make that transaction it was Multichoice that did. Until today I'm unable to watch because Multichoice who took my money and stopped my viewing. I'm ****ed.
