Refund
South point took so long to pay me back my refund from last year(received it on the 18th of February) but it was half of what I had to receive(not including the deductions from my room ) , I’ve been sending emails and nobody gets back to me like they should which is not okay because they are putting the plans I have for that money on a pause .

The lecturers reply emails selectively no matter how important your issue is, she’s been sending emails daily since the beginning of January and still no one sorts out her issues . They just become unreachable, but when they want school fees they will find you. Asking lecturers for rubrics of how they marked your work shouldn’t be so hard to get. They will tell you about policies that you’ve never even heard about that protect lecturers but not students who are the ones who actually pay school fees , I don’t even want to address how useless the student hub policies are. Asking for your marks shouldn’t be something you’re supposed to struggle with as a student . Yet again they do stand to benefit when our kids repeat these modules. You will check the student portal as they say and when you see nothing is updated and go to school physically they will tell you they don’t know what’s happening and leave you standing there. One will even think they didn’t mark your work because no one communicates with you and gives you the correct details . Even I’m the program coordinator will ice you out. Lecturers are not really the caring type they are only there to gain a salary not to help their students , they act as though they are doing you a favour while you are paying money to be there , They not recording all of the marks. Then they tell you that you have to redo the module. The only time they seem to take you seriously is when you want a refund on your Money or threaten to go to social media because they are scared that they’ll be seen for who they are. This is the worst school ever, totally unprofessional and disorganised.
