I contact DSTV this morning to upgrade to the premium package - for the rugby world cup. When I spoke to the agent I mentioned that I would like to stream the WC - watch WC on our PC at work - she was very helpful and explained how we would go about doing this.<br> I contacted DSTV again as I was unable to log on to the self service section - was given an email address - had a problem so called back - Spoke to a very helpful lady - who then told me that I would not be able to Stream as I do not have a PVR? At no point was the mentioned to me and on the DSTV site (which i went on today to try activate my account) it is only mentioned once you click on something to watch .....The manager that spoke to me - who was courteous and helpful, could only but apologize - however does not make up for the fact that DSTV Multichoice are just money grabbing company - shame on you
I ordered two canvases in February 2015 as part of the Groupon deal. After numerous emails - I was advised that the order had not even been printed yet!! I asked for a full refund if that was the case and told they don't do refunds but that my order would be done.....I STILL HAVE NOTHING!!!! <br>
