EXANTEN - PATHETIC COMPANY
I am truly disgusted by the service and manner in which I have been spoken to by the person who on the website is the Manager at Exanten - Estie Steenkamp. It is about two months now and I have ordered canvases from Groupon which I paid for delivery costs for each item/canvas. I purchased many canvases and the entire order was not delivered. I have called numerous times and emailed, I would be lucky if I got a reply after every 3/4 emails sent. The same song was sang that they would get back to me, NOTHING!! I called again last week and Estie confirmed with me and Adele that the canvas that was never delivered to me was being reprinted and will be delivered to me by Friday last week. I never received anything to date, Today I receive an email stating that there is some random picture attached to the email from the delivery company which is of no relevance as it looks like it is boxes at a depot. Estie states these were delivered to me. I called her and she was rude and arrogant and stated I received them and she is investigatiing. She promised to call me today and I never received a call. I advised that I will have to escalate should I get no joy and she said go ahead. Pathetic!!

Extremely Bad Service
I ordered 2x canvasses about 9weeks ago. I am still waiting for it. How long can it take to courier a package?They have excuses every single day when I phone them. They promise to come back to you, but they don't. I will never order again from them. You really can't complain about service, because there isn't any service!

Extremely Bad Service
I ordered 2x canvasses about 9weeks ago. I am still waiting for it. How long can it take to courier a package?They have excuses every single day when I phone them. They promise to come back to you, but they don't. I will never order again from them. You really can't complain about service, because there isn't any service!

THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY BUT NO GOODS
I ordered two canvases in February 2015 as part of the Groupon deal. After numerous emails - I was advised that the order had not even been printed yet!! I asked for a full refund if that was the case and told they don't do refunds but that my order would be done.....I STILL HAVE NOTHING!!!! <br>

Still waiting for my order!

Still waiting to hear from them to get a tracing number.

No Contact Info to Redeem voucher
I bought some canvas prints as a wedding gift to my wife on Groupon to the value of R1000. I missed the expiry date by one day due to no contact details provided to redeem the vouchers that I purchased. I gave all the relevant reference numbers when I followed up however I was told that nothing could be done because I missed the cut off date.

Friendly service
I have ordered a canvas through Exanten. When I phoned the people were so friendly and helpfull with a great attitude. Even though I know that they were extremely busy, they were never too busy to be friendly. I would like to give thumbs up for the handling of their queries. Estie went out of her way to assist me and it was really great dealing with them.

Did everything but there job!! Bad Canvas!
Hi<br> <br> I bought your special on groupon for the canvas 2 for 1 sale. I did everything you wanted and sent a clear email with the photos and instruction. Not only did you not send me an example of the final product like you said you will on your website. You printed it wrong. The packaging was so bad that it took the print of the canvas in the corners and side. It looks terrible.<br> <br> I tried to phone you and email you. No one answers the phone no one response to emails. It is like every one disappeared!!!<br> <br> This was a valentines day gift, it looks terrible! What am is suppose to do now..<br> <br> I will recomend no one buys a thing from these people as they do not communicate [URL Removed]
