I was looking for a beauty salon to start with facials and seeing that they offered nails this was even better-all in one. So I tried the hyperli voucher. To my disappointment this was not a good experience. I was also made to feel like I'm lessor of a customer because I had a hyperli voucher and told that they don't usually take hyperli clients on a saturday but this was not on the fine print under terms and conditions. It felt like they were not very happy because I was there with a hyperli voucher and not a full paying customer. The salon is beautiful in white and very calming environment however the experience was appalling. I had a mini facial booked initially, the the****** spoke so much as if I was getting a lecture on the technical terms of the ingredients of the skin products. She then proceeded to do the facial which was haphazard, she put soap and cream in my hair and lips. My skin was burning but all she told was that it's fine even though I was very uncomfortable. I had a mani and pedi done which took forever. I left the salon with a massive migraine. That day or the next the nail polish was peeling and bubbles formed on almost all of my nails and it turned black. I was travelling for work and couldn't go to a more well known salon that is reputable. This was the case for the nail polish for my feet and hands. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It must be that the nail polish is of poor quality or the staff is not well trained. Definitely poor service and very disappointing

I called on Thursday and spoke to Steven mahuane, who advised that he has escalated this for openserv to redo the installation. Ticket no/REF NO: SUY- ********** 3 The installation done is poor with different sized trunking, it's uneven, glue was all over my kitchen cupboards. Dust from drilling was all over my counter, nothing cleaned. The trunking is falling off and it has and is pulling off paint from my newly painted sealing. Pieces are falling each day and the trunking is going to collapse soon. This was only done recently. This sub standard work is unacceptable. I am disappointed that afrihost will approve such poor installers to do the installation. The same installer contacted me. I made arrangements for my dad to met the technician this morning at 9am as I am at work and my dad spoke to the technician few days ago advising that should he come through he must come with cleaning equipment/material, nothing to cover place of work area, they wanted to stand on the counter but had nothing to cover the counter. This guys name is Lewis and my dad said that he decided to leave. This is the same unprofessional technician that came and did the poor installation the last time. I am now very frustrated. I made my dad take time off work to be at home and this guy Lewis was told to come prepared and he didn't. I am sick and tired now. What are you going to do to fix this? Does Afrihost deal with such pathetic installers? My dad is very upset as he has now wasted time and drove all the way to my place and this technician just left.

I was asked to email photos which I did and still no feedback. I am on the verge of changing to a different provider as your after sales support is pathetic!!
Absolutely rude and disrespectful optometrist. No one should visit this practice which cares only about the money they make and not the patients.
Poor customer service by Christine - rudely spoke to me as if i was a child. If I were white I'm sure I would've got lots of respect. Pathetic brand ambassador for bausch and lomb - she should be dismissed for her level of service. I am disgusted at the manner in which she spoke to me. After all this feedback, she continues to ignore me with no apology.
I am truly disgusted by the service and manner in which I have been spoken to by the person who on the website is the Manager at Exanten - Estie Steenkamp. It is about two months now and I have ordered canvases from Groupon which I paid for delivery costs for each item/canvas. I purchased many canvases and the entire order was not delivered. I have called numerous times and emailed, I would be lucky if I got a reply after every 3/4 emails sent. The same song was sang that they would get back to me, NOTHING!! I called again last week and Estie confirmed with me and Adele that the canvas that was never delivered to me was being reprinted and will be delivered to me by Friday last week. I never received anything to date, Today I receive an email stating that there is some random picture attached to the email from the delivery company which is of no relevance as it looks like it is boxes at a depot. Estie states these were delivered to me. I called her and she was rude and arrogant and stated I received them and she is investigatiing. She promised to call me today and I never received a call. I advised that I will have to escalate should I get no joy and she said go ahead. Pathetic!!
Good Day,<br> I ordered a textbook book for my daughter online and when I followed up-I was advised that it will be delivered, I tried calling initially and no-one answers the number for the online store-why post it on the payment notification emailed to the customer if no-one plans on answering the phone. I was advised via email that my order will be delivered on a specific date and it never was. A week had gone by from the promised delivery date and nothing was delivered nor any communication from the online store. I had to make numerous calls to the canal walk store who advised that the order was not even received yet in JHB, yet the online store promised I would receive it on time. My daughter has missed out on a week of work as she did not have the book. I still emailed and tried to call the online store but no response. I eventually had to call the canal walk store and ask them to get the online store to give me a refund-that happened very quickly with no apology. Then days later an agent replies to my email stating I requested a refund so he has no feedback. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE. I will never use the online store again and will communicate this to everyone I know!!
