I have been disappointed with the service of Skin PHD Plattekloof branch for nearly a year but continued to go because of the products they use. I use to take my kids there as well. Just a brief background of my experiences, when I would do my nails or feet I wouldn't be offered a beverage until I asked. The snooty comment one of the the****** made by saying I shouldn't bring my kids to the salon they going to become brats. The looks I would get from the the******/reception, to my card being trowed to me on the counter after I made payment. I'm sure there are many happy clients but I'm not one of them. I finally decides to try the day and night cream as I use the vita therapy serum which I am a big fan of. This I only discovered late last year as no one would recommend this they only recommended the tissue repair, then to find out because it was the more expensive brand. Guess commission means more than the need of your client.... anyway ... The the****** advise that cellceutic day and night cream which I purchased last week Tuesday. I stared using it last week Friday. Sunday my skin felt a bit tight but I thought maybe my face needs to get use to the new creams. Monday morning I had an outbreak from my cheeks, around my nose to my chin. It was red with fine little bumps, my skin was itchy and tight. I discontinued the product and then deliberating should I go back to the branch, the last thing I want is another bad experience so I decided to call Cape Town Head office to avoid going back to the branch. I explained my situation of the use of the product only as I thought there is no need to discuss my bad experiences.... The lady, I didn't write down her name as I thought it wouldn't be necessary advised that she would call me back later that day as she needs to contact the branch get my client card. She took down my number and then advised she would let me know the best way forward. That was Wednesday I still haven't received any feedback. I'm stuck with products worth over R1,600.00 which I used for 3 days. I didn't purchase an eye cream as I'm still using Elizabeth Arden, hence no outbreak on the eye area. before switching I used the day and night cream from Elizabeth Arden as well and I had no outbreaks. I'm now at the stage of can someone at Head Office come back to me and issue me with a refund, please come and collect your products. I'm passed the stage of let's work it out, I had enough.

I bought vouchers from Wikideals because I had planned to spoil my Boyfriend on his Birthday which was on 23/02/2020 as he works very hard, unfortunately I had made the booking a little too late, spoke to Tatum who pulled all strings to make sure that we have our massages at the same time for that I personally thank you! Special thanks to Yvonne for making Baby's day a memorable one, he could not stop raving about the massage he got from you, all the way Home you were all he talked about and that made me very happy that you ladies came through for me. The professionalism and hospitality did not go unnoticed as well...Thank you very much guys!!!

I was looking for a beauty salon to start with facials and seeing that they offered nails this was even better-all in one. So I tried the hyperli voucher. To my disappointment this was not a good experience. I was also made to feel like I'm lessor of a customer because I had a hyperli voucher and told that they don't usually take hyperli clients on a saturday but this was not on the fine print under terms and conditions. It felt like they were not very happy because I was there with a hyperli voucher and not a full paying customer. The salon is beautiful in white and very calming environment however the experience was appalling. I had a mini facial booked initially, the the****** spoke so much as if I was getting a lecture on the technical terms of the ingredients of the skin products. She then proceeded to do the facial which was haphazard, she put soap and cream in my hair and lips. My skin was burning but all she told was that it's fine even though I was very uncomfortable. I had a mani and pedi done which took forever. I left the salon with a massive migraine. That day or the next the nail polish was peeling and bubbles formed on almost all of my nails and it turned black. I was travelling for work and couldn't go to a more well known salon that is reputable. This was the case for the nail polish for my feet and hands. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It must be that the nail polish is of poor quality or the staff is not well trained. Definitely poor service and very disappointing
