Jaymart sa delivered an incomplete order. I ordered a sleigh bed with an end piece. They only gave me the headboard and base only. I’ve been trying to call them and every time they say they will come deliver and they never do nor get back to me
This company is a fraud. Nearly two months since I placed my order for a table that cost R5000. The lady claimed she will pay me back my money since she did not deliver the table at the agreed time. Till now I still haven’t received my money and she does not respond to my calls or messages
Today marks over a month without a TV. This is my second Samsung TV that switches it’s self off every 5 seconds. August 2020 I bought a Samsung 58” at Marko Carnival, with in less than 3 days the TV started switching itself on and off every 5seconds, I went back to the store to get it exchanged. In less than 6months (January 2021)the second TV is giving me the same problems. I logged in a call with Makro and Samsung the first week of January 2021 and to date I still don’t know when my new TV is coming. For the past three weeks I’ve been told that they are waiting for the manger to approve my exchange and that my call is being escalated. Order number number: 4241775462
