I assisted my partner in using their services. We confirmed with them before making payment however our booking was cancelled 3 hours after the payment claiming that there were no trucks available for the next day. It then became a chasing game of getting our refund were we were ignored and told lies by Oscar and Buyiswa. Only after involving a lawyer and the whole family calling Oscar the owner, he eventually paid back the money. 10 days after cancellation. We believed in this company so much, and it's unfortunate that they acted so unprofessionally.
I was upgraded on my contract to a Sky Diamond deal onn 22 December 2023 with 400gb Anytime Data as a Black Friday Special. This was on my main number, I was then encouraged to take this deal on my other line. The allocation received however is instead 200gb anytime data on each line instead of the promised 400gb. I have also called in and escalated this with no assistance.
Bought a charger that didn't work. MTN tells me they don't assist with MTN franchises and the franchise say they won't refund me for as the package is torn(from opening it)
