Thieves robbing innocent people of their money
Please do no register your companies with these scam artists. They ask you to pay for company registration then they avoid your calls once they have received your money. Not sure if Chuma is even a real person that you speak to for registration or just a fake name.

VERY ANGRY CELL C CLIENT
Cell C has very bad customer service these days.. On the 4th of January 2021 my fibre connection was cut off without an explanation. When I called I was told to switch off my router and that after 15 minutes the issue would be resolved. I then called again after about 3 days as the fibre line was still down and was told that I cancelled my services with Cell C on the 4th of January. How stupid would someone be to call to ask what is wrong with their fibre if they know they cancelled their services. I kept calling Cell C only to be told that I cancelled my account and that there was nothing they could do. I then called Cell C once again on the 1st of February and spoke to a Nombuso who created a query directed to Vumatel yet Vumatel specifies that the instruction to cancel came from Cell C and that they only act upon Cell C's request. I then called Cell C once again on the same day and spoke to Thando who told me that he was getting his calculator to calculate my bill then cut me off. On the the 5th of February I then spoke to Anele who assured me that she was sending a query to Vumatel to notify them that I had not cancelled my contract with Cell C. Today, the 8th of February I called and spoke to two agents who cut the call as soon as I gave them the reference number to check.I attempted to call again and another agent notified me that she could not see the query sent through by Anele whose response I have been waiting for. I was also told that Anele is on leave when I asked to speak to her. To cut the long story short, I AM PAYING FOR FIBRE THAT I AM NOT USING and if I stop I am blacklisted. I feel Cell C is taking advantage of its clients.
