They are quick to respond and very organized. They have experienced mobile mechanics who can render various services at your convenience. Their website allows you to choose your preferred mechanic and such comes with a mechanics' profile. They are registered with RMI and that offers peace of mind.
My wife and I took a car maintenance plan with We buy cars, but canceled it within a cooling off period due to car registration issues we had with We Buy Cars. Despite the cancelation being successful and confirmed by their innovation customer care department, they continued to deduct a premium of R530 in March, April and May 2025. I sent them an email to cease such deductions, but they continue to deduct.
I signed up for lte deal with. The process was smooth and the hardware was delivered quicker than the promised date. The RICA process and activation was hassle free even for an old topie like me. User friendly router administration app. Good network and loving the ups included. Great value for money.
I have a dstv internet contact with them. My subscription is up to date but they haven't loaded the monthly data allocation. I have raised this issue 3 times on the dstv self-help and twice on their 0112892222 number. I'm being sent from pillar to post but to no avail. All the queries raised are not escalated and the agents have Zero product knowledge. This company takes horrible service to new heights.
I am on the dstv internet contact. I paid the monthly subscription but they didn't load the monthly allocated data. Despite my several phone calls to their customer service number, the issue hasn't been resolved. No one even bothered to get back to me. Their customer service agents are clueless about their products. The chat bots are not helpful at all.
I got a KFC voucher from dstv Multichoice as part of my rewards. When I tried to redeem the voucher at KFC outlets, it says invalid code. I felt so embarrassed. It's like I faked the voucher. I used every available platform that Multichoice has to lay a complaint. Just like with any other query, their call centre agents are clueless about their own products and processes.
I took a 50GB dstv internet router package. Which was supposed to be 25GB day and 25GB night. However, I only get allocated 13GB day and 13GB night. I called their CC number but each time I get promised that the issue will be escalated. I tried their other avenues for complaints but no results.
