Body shaming
Makes me really sad to write this review. Booked the daddy’s deal spa package at the Medstone Medical Centre. The appointment started well, but once our treatment began, the ladies who were performing the treatment kept making faces and laughing. This made my husband and I very self conscious as this is not how one should conduct themselves! To top it off on our way out the reception lady came running to us asking if we paid and presented our voucher. What an unprofessional establishment. Safe to say We will not be back

Bunch of liars
Wish I could give them no stars They're such an unprofessional company I had ordered their cake jar and teddy on the 2nd of February which was to be delivered to my Fiance on the 9th of February which is today I had checked yesterday and was told everything is in order and it will be delivered on time. Today when I enquire about the delivery I am told there was a production problem and my items are still in jhb and they will not be able to deliver, lucky me, I saved my conversation from the previous day which I then showed the lady from today who then tells me she checked again and the items are in Durban however they can not deliver. So who is lying?? The lady from today or the lady from yesterday?? So much lies! I then asked to be refunded and was told it's been passed on the the refunds department yet no one can confirm that they have recieved it! How long does it take to process a refund? All I want is a confirmation email so I know it's been recieved as I've had to use another service provider and pay extra to have my items delivered today! I Would never reccomend or use their services ever again!
