Bought a power station from Stink.co.za via Takealot. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the unit, it is usually when you have issues where you get to know a company's ability to deliver after sales support. In this case the process was completely effortless. I sent mail via their "Contact us" option on their website. This was over the holiday period in December and my unit was replaced within 4 days. The service was exceptional and was very pleasantly surprised.
Really happy with their service. Fast, efficient and 2 weeks since installation everything working well. They really take a lot of pride in their work, and everything was neatly fitted as well.
I wrote a review a week back, this is more and update on the same issue. 19 days now without internet, to add to my frustration now that i want to cancel i still need to pay for another month of no internet before they can cancel. Or i need to pay R999 cancelation fee. They are not reimbursing me for the month that went past without internet.
6 days without internet and all Axxess can say it is escalated to Openserve. No comms on what is wrong and how long it will take. Just nothing, If I do not ask for updates on issue I would not have gotten any info.
