Useless
Ordered fiber (second line) on 29 Nov 2022. Openserve received my order on 1 Dec. Cancelled the order without installation. 4 escallations from Afrihost to Openserve to do the installation. Nothing happend. No replies on social media. Called Openserve (they only answered once) and was repeatedly told that the order was marked as complete and they can't reopen it. Therefore I'd need a new order number before they could help. Technician shows up around 20 Dec to do the installation. This takes two days. Installation done, internet not working. Reason for that? A switch or something is off on the main board and a supervisor needs to activate it so that the line can work. I'm told this should take 2 days max. It's an easy job, the guy just needs to go there and flick the switch and see what's up. Fast forward to 1 Jan 2023 and the switch remains untouched. Still no internet. Truly useless.

Fantastic Vet!
Great place! I've been taking all my animals to Dr. Peck since 2020 and every experience was fantastic. It's very clear that his heart and passion is for the animals. I've taken all my animals, from dogs, to Chinchillas, to Parrots there and the care and knowledge provided are always top notch both from Dr. Peck as well as Dr. Snyman. They always go out of their way to help during normal consultations, as well as emergencies. The staff at Glenwood is fantastic. Prices are not too high. It's actually very reasonable. 100% would recommend.
