When I first brought my car here for servicing, everything seemed fine and I was satisfied with the service. However, during the second visit, I was initially given a quotation that I felt was reasonable and acceptable. After that, I was informed that the front brake pads and belt needed replacement, which increased the total cost significantly. I understand that the braking system and belt is important and should not be ignored, so I accepted it. But here is where my concerns started. Because we were a few thousand kilometers late for the previous service, they asked us to bring the car back again after only 3,000 km for another service. I am not sure whether this is actually necessary or just their explanation. When I collected the car the second time, I saw the old brake pads that were removed. They still had at least 40% life remaining, which made me question whether the replacement was truly necessary at that time. During the third visit, I was initially told the service would cost around R2,500, which I felt was reasonable since it had only been 3,000 km. However, when we called to ask when the car would be ready, we were told a different story again — this time they said the clutch rubber was damaged and needed replacement, and the cost would increase to over R5,000. I started to feel that they were not being honest. Why was this issue not mentioned during the previous visit, which was a major service? Why was it suddenly discovered during a regular service? Each time I bring the car in, I am given an acceptable price at first, but then one or two additional issues are “discovered” and the cost increases again. This pattern makes me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this workshop again.
I have had the most frustrating and upsetting experience with Telkom, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Not only have I been incorrectly charged for a service for years, but when I tried to cancel it, I was given wrong information, leading to the wrong service being canceled instead. I made multiple calls—over ten in a single day—only to be bounced from one department to another, with no one taking responsibility or knowing how to resolve my issue. The worst part of this experience was dealing with Nothando Khumalo from the sales team, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She ignored me when I tried to speak, gave me an incorrect contact number, and when I requested to speak to her superior, she hung up the call. When I called back and got her again, she pretended not to know me and refused to escalate my complaint. Telkom’s customer service is a complete disaster—rude, untrained staff, misleading information, and zero accountability. As paying customers, we deserve respect and proper service, but instead, we are met with arrogance and incompetence. I am now canceling my contract because I refuse to continue paying for such a terrible service. If you're considering Telkom, think twice—you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation. Absolutely unacceptable experience!
It my first time to place order from them , and I have bad experience because my first time order was told delay from them. I ordered 5 sashimi tuna , but it was not what I expected , The sashimi tuna steaks is not fresh at all !
Worst Couriers company ever! Very poor service and long dragging turnaround time!! You never know when the driver will come for collection even you have booked collection on their booking system. The driver is very unprofessional and not trained at all. In three consecutive days, the driver has lost three of my waybill labels. In one occasion, after made booking on the system I especially call the supervisor to inform them about the dimension of my parcel and how many boxes needs to be collected to ensure that my parcel could be handled smoothly. The driver showed up and said he didn’t have enough space in his car and will come back later to fetch. My staff advised him our closing time and that he needs to come before close of business day. The driver never did, my staff unfortunately need to work overtime to wait for the driver. My staff tried to call the driver several times and he has never answered his call, not even bother to inform us what is going on. I then called the branch manager expressed my unsatisfaction, I was given back an arrogant attitude. Ironically, they didn’t feel it’s a big deal and no apologize at all. It is indeed very poor service. And if you made an error on their booking system, you request for correction and ask them for fund returned. I am warning you; you won’t get your money back. FASTWAY is the worst courier company I have never dealt with. Poor service Untrained and neglect staff Arrogant and unhelpful management I have lost several sales because of them!! Be warned! Stay away from them!!
