Over the past few weeks I have had the worst experience with Cool Ideas. I work remotely and rely on the internet. The internet has been completely down since Monday 24 October 2022 at 11:00am . Today is Wednesday 26 October and I still do not have internet. Last week was the same issue, no internet for almost 24 hours. Cool Ideas blames it on an outage or Vumatel. The customer service is extremely poor. I pay almost R1000 for internet per month with such poor service. At the end of this month I will leave Cool Ideas .It is an unreliable service provider when you work remotely. Horrible service , would not recommend COOL IDEAS to anyone.
Pathetic experience this morning at Top Hat bakery Randburg 12/02/2021. If I could rate it zero I would. There is no sense of customer service . We experienced horrible service when my husband was accused of not following the queue however we were first in the store and there was no one else inside until others started coming in and the lady behind the counter left talking to us and went to the next customer. When my husband approached the cashier he was told to follow the queue and when he tried to explain he was told abruptly that everyone must follow the rules. He was also asked "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH". Another person who was a the back of the store then came to the front also saying that he should follow the rules. It was a horrible experience of bad service. The cashier could have easily asked the worker who was first but that did not happen. If the store does have CCTV then it should be watched to show how terrible customer service is in this store. To insult a customer who is supporting you during these tough times is really humiliating.
