NOT A SMART IDEA - BE AWARE of Smartech Solutions in Brackenfell
""""BE AWARE"""""" If you are looking to buy any laptop etc., do not waste your hard earned money at Smartech Solutions. The name itself does not justify anything. It is not a Smart idea nor a Solution to buy from them. Very poor communication and very unprofessional. They say the laptops they sell are demo or secondhand. All of the laptops are refurbished by none qualified technicians. I placed a order for a laptop and received a totally different model number as ordered. I tried logging a return for a refund. Now I can't get my money back because they don't do refunds. Now I have to wait more than a week for them to collect the laptop to credit my account so that I can buy another from them. If the service are so poor and the product are not as described why would I buy another? These people just want your money and don't give a ''Sh%^%$$% about you as a customer. Unfortunately I can't give less than ONE STAR, but I will give minus ONE STAR!

“BE AWARE” - Smart Tech laptop reseller in Kraaifontein. Please be aware that this company thrives on false info given to their customers. They say they have “this and this” item for sale, but in the meantime they don’t have any stock on hand or claim that is it in a warehouse. Do not be fooled! They also keep customers waiting for hours including myself for a laptops that are allegedly sores in a warehouse and when you finally get the item it is not as described or a totally different product.
