I have registered my complaint 3 days ago regarding my credit status. They provided an email to send my query to for assistance. The person now wants me to do the same method of logging in to UP & log a dispute whereas I stated very well the predicaments I come across everytime I do that. I went through all processes. I need answers.
Accounts 1021701366 & 1021748486 opened in 2021 & paid up in 2023 appears twice, paid up letters sent but still appears as opened in 2025. 2609121328352259 for 2012 still appears on my credit report. 5094315 of 2018 with last payment of 2020. 5197502001 appears twice. Although they a reflect 0 amount. What are they still doing on my credit report. Everytime I query them new date is written. I took right procedures but to date nothing changes. With other credit Bereau such as Transunion all those accounts do not appear anymore. Need clarity on why there is no same treatment.
I have resigned in March 2023 & I was told I owe bursary & days ro the amount of + 10 000 which was concluded by HR & Finance Directorates. I was requested ro sign the debt form with such amount which was also sent to GEPF so that it can be deducted from my pension pay out. The amount was indeed payed but to my surprise I received an email from PhithiSe@dsd.gov.za that am owing bursary interest of 582. How can one settle debt & 11 months down the line they say you still owe money. I mean they are the ones who calculated the amount & now they come back & say it was wrongly calculated. Phuthi told me GEPF cannot assist me in this regard. Yes my view also because they paid what was due to the Department. I paid & in no mind of paying any money because I paid for what I signed for not interest accrued after 11 months of resignation
Here am back again with the same mishap OM is continuously giving me. Policy 69176P030633895 have lapsed again on 16 June 2025 for only missing 1 premium which I paid on 14 June 2025. I don't know perhaps the robot is in my case for lodging a complaint in February here with the same policy or perhaps the money 597 they refunded needs to be paid back in installments? When I called yesterday the consultant told me the policy is cancelled because I didn't pay my May premium also which is not true hence I sent them POP. The only premium I missed is for 1 June 2025 which was paid on 14 June 2025 & have sent POP'S. Today after sending them an email yesterday 24 June 2025 I received a letter stating that my policy have been closed. I have POP'S. In January 2 payments were made 10 & 24 @ 14:04 & 17:07. In Feb due to the incident I reported there was no payment deduction & have never missed any premium. According to my knowledge if you miss at least 3 premiums your policy is then regarded as null & void. Perhaps there's a policy pertaining to that which am asking for it I guess I over stayed my welcome with OM so they rather pay back all my premiums 4 the past 10yrs & lemme go where the robot will not just cancel policies without even alerting me because I usually check my app nothing pending was showing there. The is policy is in good standing but lapsed. And so please they need to also teach their consultants customer etiquette. The first consultant I've spoken to was so rude hence I didn't even bother to rate her.
I visited the Old Mutual Ga-Rankuwa Branch for the reinstatement of my 2 policies: 69176P030633895 & 69253P058901950 which were already paid for the month of January. I was assisted by Mphatle whom requested I sent all POP'S to her email Mphatle@oldmutual.com. To my surprise when I reach home checking on the app if indeed my policies were reinstated I found that a new policy amounting to R597 appears on my app with the deduction date of 31 January 2025. His brought me back to the redflag question she asked that do I check my bank statements & I said no why are you asking? I immediately cancelled the policy & received a message on the app that it will take 3 working days for the policy to be cancelled. I never consented & signed for the policy. According to my knowledge a debicheck also needs approval. To my surprise the 2 policies the one I already paid for & the one I don't know deducted on 31 January 2025. I called Old Mutual & spoke to more than 10 people, it's either am referred to the next department or the phone just drops. I guess they have all calls are recorded which may prove that I have been calling pertaining to the above mentioned policies. In all senses my hubby works for the company & he has been the only 1 servicing me with policies. If I needed 1 I should have requested him to do so. I called the head office & I was promised that my money should be reversed. I went to Capitec unfortunately the transaction could not be reversed. I called again yesterday & was told the money has already been paid to my account but haven't received anything yet. The lady committed ***** as I didn't consented for the policy she reinstated. She gave me print outs of 2 policies nothing else. In houses are there to assist us not to fo day light ******ies. I need my money.
Old Mutual has a tendency of just canceling policies without having their facts straight. One of policies 68176PO30633895 which was on premium holiday cancelled. I have only skipped last month which will be paid this month. Am wondering why is the policy cancelled. Tried to call them several times but due to lack of airtime couldn't get hold of them. Can they please rectify the policy? Am really sick of tired of this insurance company. I cannot all the time report them they need to do thorough jobs. We are using money here.
On Thursday 1412/2023 I visited Time Square Menlyn for entertainment (gambling) as am 1 of the members. I played 19 different machines & have lost ± 40k. It seems my card was closed somehow the reason being even in a competition between 20hrs- 22hrs I was never recognized bt some1 who has just arrived asplaying on Panda smoking ares won that competition twice. In all senses I know the person she never play much. I really need the management ro look into such issues hence am saying I guess there's something wrong with my card. They like saying winners knows when 2 stop that's a blatant lie only certain people are meant to win there. Iv lost a lot of money there since I became the member. I see people winning all the time. I previously believed I chose wrong machine during all my visits but on Thursday I played 19 machines & I believe my card has been blocked. MVG no: 1006504117
I accidentally transferred R15000 to the number 0608147377 belonging to Ralph Nkoana instead of Lerato Miya on 0608157377. Seeing my error I immediately call Ralph who still do not answer my calls & hv switched his phone now. I went to Pretoria Arcidia Branch & was adviced by Mbongeni Hlatshwayo who insinuated that I go make an affidavit which will be scanned to head office. As Risslyn branch is next to where am staying I passed there n where Nthabiseng Mojabi alluded it's a Civil matter & I need to open a police theft. Indeed I went an open a case. Now I've just called Capitec client services & I was told it's a civil matter I need to go to court to open a case. I have already opened a case of theft with police & awaiting case number. The treatment is not good at all. Where am I going to get my money because as bank they have a right to reverse the money . They did not even consider giving me a reference number on ally calls. Calls are recorded as they always say. I just need my money. Thus is not the first time Caputec is doing this to me.

I have posted about GEPF last month to date am still struggling to receive my pension. I still receive the same message that SARS declined my Tax Directive. Made a walk in to both SARS & GEPF but nothing is hapenning. How long should I wait.
