Re imburse the day I had no connection
I paid a full month service but from Tuesday night until yesterday morning I had no connection and they are not willing to re imburse me for the days when I had no connection they are telling me story's that my details are wrong I should re send them but when they do debit it's correct

Cancelation of rain contract
I just spoke to Zuko Jingisa Am ****ed of at the service I just received at rain I received when I tried to cancel my rain contract .that I have to wait till mouth end to cancel my frcontract and that they will still debit my acc on the 15th. my question was that they always debit on the 15 and if I cancel today they still gonna debit my acc and yes they said they gonna still debit .I have been a loyal client and always paying on time now Im being told that my payments are behind then he escalated the matter to Fred that when I ask for his surname he did not want to give me his surname I was really surprised to a person who is working for a company and doesn't want to give a surname this goes to show that no one wants to take responsibility..bye bye rain even in future I will never pick you as service provider ...I just want to cancel my subscription and part ways with you..

Bank doesn't want to release the funds
Hi my name is AGRINATH MAZIBUKO my mother Mazibuko CHITHEKILE BEAUTY had a account with ABSA she passed away it's been 2 years the is a remaining balance in her account they said I must come back after the funeral for the balance I went back I filled the form and have them a letter of authority so that they can release the funds till today I have not received anything I went back last week they made fill the form again it the branch in JABULANI mall.

Still debiting after cancelled
I have cancelled my investment with sanlam but last month they debited then I emailed them regarding a refund that was last week no reply
