Bad service and unreliable
This company service is trash. I ordered a washing machine from Makro and it was suppose to be delivered on the 2nd of August. From there I've been making follow up to find out what is happening. On the 4th of August which was Friday I received a call that they will deliver on Saturday. I canceled all my plans for that day and waited for a delivery. At 10 AM I called to ask the time they will come. They said they will call me back. An hour passed and they hadn't called me back and I called again they said they are still trying to get hold of the driver they will call me back. They didn't bother to call me back. I called again at 14:00 and the lines were closed. I called again on Monday and they said they will get back to me. I waited again till I called Makro to find out what is happening. They said at Makro they called me to arrange for delivery for today which they didn't call me they were lying. I called them again and I was transferred to this other lady who promised they will deliver today, now it 5 and still no delivery. When I call that lady she is not picking up my calls and she is not responding to my whatsapp text. Never use this company their service is thrash and they don't know how to communicate with customers, you have to follow them around and enquire like a headless chicken.

Bad service
I sent a list of things that needed to be fixed in the flat 2 weeks before I moved in and I did a follow up and they said everything was fixed. When I moved in nothing was fixed literally the flat was in a bad condition since nothing was fixed and the bathroom was not clean at all. I called the office to ask what is happening since they said it was fixed. Yho the lady was so rude she started shouting at me like a 5 year old child when I asked her why was she shouting at me she hung up the phone.
