I absolutely adore thelis shop. It's such an explosion for the senses with something to look at in every corner. You can't help but want to buy something and the service is super friendly too. Keep the kiddies at bay though. Lots of goodies to touch that may break. Even better, keep them at home so that you can really take in the pleasure of the shop and have a good look for your next trinket.
I have honestly never experienced any bad service from Dotsure in all the years that I've been with them. They have always been helpful, called when they said they would and are always prepared to accommodate my budget whenever I ensure a car with them. They are amazing and I will continue to refer them as often as I can. Well done Dotsure!
I cannot stress enough the financial and personal damage you will cause yourself if you use Stuffy Logistics. We were promised collection of our furniture at 8am on a Friday 30-10-2022 only for them to arrive at 16:30 which forced us to lose our accomodation deposit on our way, regarding moving from jhb to cape town. We were told our goods would arrive on Saturday. This never happened. They refuse to drop off without full payment and hold you hostage with your goods until you pay. Our quote went from R10000 to almost R30 000 and yet they had the audacity to tell me they gave me discount. Its now Monday. I was forced to pay the amount in full only now to find out I MIGHT get our furniture on Friday. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. They dont care at all about you as a client, they lie through their teeth and you will pay much more than what was agreed.
I haven't had a nice experience since the start of my purchase and after 3 weeks of having the car, I'm still having to try and get my car repaired. So much so that I'm actually embarrassed to drive it because of the noise it makes. I'm very disappointed and disheartened about my experience. I'm have started to refer people away from Webuyscars. Its just not worth it.
I have been a client for several years and have never had any complaints whatsoever regarding their service. Prompt feedback, friendly service, open to negotiation and have always made me feel valued and worth looking after. I'm in the process of trading in my car and seeking an alternative insurance supplier for my new one was not even an option. Thank you Dotsure! Keep up the good work!
Standard bank is not even deserving of even one star. Our pipe burst in our house and we just cant seem to get any correspondence from the claim department. No email is answered or call is answered before 20 minutes and when you do get through you are told to hold and then eventually cut off. With each call you have to remind them that all docs have been submitted so when they check with the auditors then there is a reluctance to give an answer. I just cant seem to get any info whatsoever from your consultants as you can here they are more focused on their kids screaming in the background or the doctors appointment they are making on the other line (this happened on 2 seperate calls). This is our first time claiming in several years and it feels like I have paid for a non existent service. I want answers! I am sitting with a gaping hole in my bathroom with a toddler in the house. Its constantly raining which means the exposed area is being damaged further because we have to wait for your ****** approval. Emergency plumbing had to be called to stop the water gushing out but now we need to close the exposed area which is what we need approval for! Give me a ****** answer now! This is not fair what you are doing to your customers! Your should be ashamed of yourselves for treating your clients like this in this economic climate.
