Nursing responses and understanding of their responsibilities. I had to wait and wait for requests to be fulfilled and one of the requests was for insulin my doctor had ordered which took 45 minutes to receive. When water was requested. I was told it would be brought but never received it and my mother had to buy water and bring it to me. My pain medication was brought to me just before i was discharged at 5pm instead of 2 hours after my procedure which ended at 10:30am. This was the worst service ever Received from Netcare Mulbarton hospital ever. I layed in room number 5 ward C on the 3rd floor. My procedure was done on the 22 March 2024 at 08:30am. Please better the response to request as well as responsibilities of the nurses there
Can you guys please cancel my policy already i have been requesting it for 2 whole days and it is not ending i have lost R2600 because of you guys so please cancel it now
I would like to cancel my policy with you guys i am not happy. I told one of your consultants that i am a student i am unemployed and that i would not be able to afford it. The consultant told me that its just to check if i qualify and after i refused to give consent i see money is being deducted from my bank account without me giving my banking details. I would like you guys to remove me from the policy that was set up for me without my consent and remove me completely from the database please
