Another product that promises the world and they slime away through small print to not help what so ever. The Hollard / Dotsure Warrenty extender is a waste of time and money. They will not cover what is sold as there are so many ways for them to get out of paying. Stay away from this useless product as they have no intention of paying for any serious claims.

Stay away
Terrible service. Delivered dead dry grass. Made out that it was my fault I did not send the grass back immediately but fail to take responsibility that the product should have been checked prior to delivery. Managers and staff very unhelpful and arrogant. STAY AWAY

Absolutely useless
I would say actually no stars They had our machine for 3 months with almost no communication. Eventually we got our machine back after numerous requests. When the dropped it off it was scratched all over the door and selection button. If that’s how they treat people property I can only imagine the workmanship. I would never recommend or use this service provider again.
