Hi bought a pizza this afternoon, i walk into my Uber which was parked by the shops door and handed it over to my daughter to hold while we sit at the back sit, got home when i opened the box the pizzas filings are on one side, the pizza dough on another side when i called them immediately they said another pizza after 3hrs of waiting i call again the manager says the owner says its not their fault. Their footage says everything was done perfectly so they are not at fault i am stuck with this disgusting awful pizza help me and don't support ghis pizzas place in mulbarton Panorama
The service I have received from Rain is disgusting, paying for wifi yet no wifi, internet access I have complained, called, emailed no response I told on they side it shows internet signal and technicians will come and assess the router till now they are still coming I am stuck with a router that is there for decoration
The service at this Bradlows Alberton branch the customer service was disgusting, I have been fighting for a coffee table which I bought since 2018 which had a factory fault, which had to be taken back so many times and it kept on coming back with the same problem. Then finally last year I went to the branch to do a follow up because they have feedback, then only to find out in August I was supposed to get a new coffee table but no one told me then I chose one which was 500 Rands more I paid the R500 and I was told in December I will get my new coffee table after news 2021 but nothing I had to phone the branch then again I was given a runner around excuses no solution, I am the one who has to call or go the branch.
