Service quality slipping
I used to get quick and efficient service. Lately requests are not honoured and internet connections fail continuously.

Cancelation of contract
They are eager to assist and constantly worry you for new contracts and insurance, but when you want to cancel a contract you are given the run around. No agents available and suddenly the email address for cancelations are no longer working. Really bad.......
