So this company cut the internet AND took my money - they promised to refund me but I’ve paid for a full month of internet in advance and have been told the company is unable to provide the internet I paid for at 100 mbps. They said they are unable to give me that service but they took my money very nicely. In advance .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THE INTERNET IE TRASH I CANNOT DO MY JOB AND I WORK FROM HOME THIS IS RESULTING IN A HUGE LOSS FOR ME ! They installed a Wi-Fi booster which is EVEN WORSE ! Don’t ruin your life by choosing this fibre ! My life has been hell ! ;(I want my rain internet back ;(

SIMTEL has been giving excellent service since I signed up with them in July 2022. Their response time is almost immediate. I informed Stuart of having no WiFi on Sunday, and by Monday afternoon a technician had come and replaced the modem. All sorted out with no hassles. Much appreciated.

I used to get quick and efficient service. Lately requests are not honoured and internet connections fail continuously.

Hi , i have dealt with Stuart of Simtel who does wireless Internet. excellent service & coverage. I am on my 2nd month with uninterrupted quality service . thumbs up. highly recommend Simltel
