Simtel is a ****
So this company cut the internet AND took my money - they promised to refund me but I’ve paid for a full month of internet in advance and have been told the company is unable to provide the internet I paid for at 100 mbps. They said they are unable to give me that service but they took my money very nicely. In advance .

WORST FIBRE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THE INTERNET IE TRASH I CANNOT DO MY JOB AND I WORK FROM HOME THIS IS RESULTING IN A HUGE LOSS FOR ME ! They installed a Wi-Fi booster which is EVEN WORSE ! Don’t ruin your life by choosing this fibre ! My life has been hell ! ;(I want my rain internet back ;(

If I could do ZERO I would . I spoke to about 6 diff people today on the chat in the app . NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING THEY ALL DID DIFFERENT THINGS FOR THE SAME ISSUE ALL OF THEM HAVENT WORKED . WHOEVER IS TRAINING THESE PEOPLE IS PRANKING THEM 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

SCAM !!!!! I want my money back
Zero stars This place is a SCAM !!! No communication whatsoever. I placed my order on the 17 May and made payment . Did all verification . But it doesn’t go further . And the customer service is non existent . I want my money back .
