I bought a Nissan Magnite brand new 4 months ago did 11000km and engine packed up. Was serviced At 10 000kms . Sitting in Nissan workshop for a month now. NISSAN SA Playing hide and seek. Plus braking system was faulty and Nissan SA still hadn't acknowledged this thereafter vehicle broke down. Nissan SA 👎👎👎. I referred Case to bank as well and taking my legal rights. Nissan SA sucks
I applied on line for a credit card on & around the 1/2 May 2021. With a lot back & forth since the application docs were requested & sent as duly requested. on the 27th May i received an approval with a revised offer. Please note all communication from Nedbank was via SMS (#%&#@). I could not accept the revised offer as there was no link or way to do that. I phoned Nedbank on the 29th May 2021 as i was having problems to accept. I eventually got thru to a Consultant who could help after about 4 could not assist. The offer was accepted by her on my behalf & I was assured it would be sorted out & she will call me on Monday to verify. I was given her email address so i could now communicate with someday. Monday came & went I had no further interaction so i sent an email. On Wednesday I phoned the call centre again trying to get hold of her. I probably spoke to about 6 people over 2 hrs who couldnt assist with thousand of apologies but getting nowhere. eventually the person who helped me on Saturday 29/05/2021 came online. Promises & apologies & saying my email wasnt received (without it bouncing back to me) & assuring the Team Manager will call be back as all info was provide to him & before she leaves the office at 4 she will call to ensure he called me. no calls & follow was received. This morning 2021/06/03 I sent an email to the team Manager (no response its now 4pm). I called Nedbank around 10h05 am spoke to another person who tried to assist & tried to get hold of the person who assisted on 2021/05/29 & 2021/06/02 but she refused to take the call saying she was busy & had escalated to her team leader who was supposed to call me. Over 1 month has passed for a simple application from a Corporate Bank with no assistance to date & time for an approved application. This Sucks . NEDBANK WAKE UP
Good day. I have a fully comprehensive policy for my vehicles , household contents , building , laptops with Discovery. I lodged a claim with regard to my borehole motor pump on the 15th August 2020 & to date it has not been resolved . My claim was not professionally handled by this so call Corporate Company. I did not have water as I fully utilized borehole water for my complete household requirements. The claim was done on the discovery app on Saturday evening. Monday morning a team from 24 fix was sent out to assess. all they did was a take a photo of the borehole manhole & the control panel & left. next day the app reflected as geyser fixed. i contacted Discovery as to what is this nonsense. the claim was now reprocessed & i was notified they did not have a specialised contractor for this sort of work. I informed them that i can get the original Contractor to attend to it . They requested a report & quotation which was duly submitted to them. on the 24th August I was given a rejection that this claim was not covered due to reasons that does not make sense including that due to their assessment which was never done that it was normal wear & tear. What assessment I ask? I had a get out a specialist, so? Premiums are paid diligently & timemously. Is this why we have insurances that we pay exhorbitant sums for to be kicked around & get rejections without valid reasons? on top off that no responses & delayed ones that we have to keep chasing after them. This is unacceptable from Discovery & must be rectified with dignity & honour to their loyal clients.

I went into the Telkom store at Chatsworth Centre on the 4 July to cancel the ADSL portion of my landline (REF 226414230A). Today 2019/07/30 the idiots that work for this glorified Company cancelled my entire line . After numerous calls to various departments within this F…. company no one knows what to do to restore my landline. Where too from here ????????????? People can’t get jobs & the other hand you have people working for these so called “Corporate Companies” that are totally useless.
i had taken out a wifi contract as of 4 july. this is a prepaid uncapped unthrottled wifi, within a week we had downtime for about half a day. no problem. since 2019/07/22 wifi has been down. no response from the service provide Tech Global. office & cell phones unreachable. online chat unreachable. emails no response. note a upfront fee of R980 was paid . only about 2 weeks service received now Company is unreachable by any form. please be wary of this company. they have a detailed website of all services provided but now seems like a fly by night
