SCAM
They stole my money. I paid R16999 on 18 November for a Commudus patio set, order number 11370. They said it would take 7 days to make and 3 to 5 days to deliver. They never delivered what I ordered and wanted me to take a cheaper option which they also failed to deliver. I requested a cancelation and refund and they ignored me. Until today I have to harass them daily and they are now ignoring me. They claimed my order was ready in December but can't deliver. This company should be shut down

SCAM
This company is run by crooks and thief. I bought furniture on 17 November 2021, ordered number is 11370. Was told I would get it in two weeks and until today they have not delivered. I have to call and fight them everyday and now they are ignoring me. O asked for a refund in December and they did not process it and claim that my order is ready but cannot deliver it. They should be reported to the police and shut down!

Makro's poor quality merchandise
Makro sells poor quality merchandise sourced from 3rd parties with purported warranties that they void at the first instance of any damage. I bought a kid's electrical car from Makro, within less than a month of use it was damaged. Makro is refusing to assist and plays broken telephone between me and the service provider. They want to void my warranty (which terms were never shared with me) for a damage they say costs R200. They are now holding the car ransom and depriving me of the use of a car I spent money on.
