Canvas and More is an excellent company to order stuff from. I have personally ordered quite a few things from them (personalized mugs, puzzles and much more). Their customer relations are top notch and you are always aware of where your order is, etc. The quality of their products are also top notch. Many of my friends are also customers and they also place regular orders. The prices are very competitive and fair with regards to what you get (good quality at low prices). They have a huge selection of items that you can choose from. I would recommend Canvas and More to anyone who wants to order something special for their loved ones or even just for themselves.

I have been buying items from Truworths for quite some time now. The prices are a bit more than other stores, but the quality makes up for it. The delivery service is very impressive. I buy online, they source my items and then I can collect my items from my nearest store within about 5 working days. It is very convenient and I just love it. Even for returning items, they scan it in and the refund reflects in my account the following day already. Well done and keep up the good work.

I have been with Telkom now for a while. I must be honest, their customer service sucks – unless they phone you to sign a new contract…then they are very friendly. My bad experiences with them are ongoing. 1. Firstly, about 6 months ago I signed a contract for uncapped wi-fi. It was a special that they were running at the time. When I received my router, it was the incorrect router and I was on the wrong price scale. I contacted them, but they just said…the agent must have put in the incorrect data on the system. 2. Secondly, they send out a monthly invoice which reflects my home address at the top of the page. They spelled the street name incorrectly. I contacted them 4 times now (once every month, because they say they can’t email me the corrected invoice, because it is computer generated once a month). So after speaking to the agent and they confirmed that my address has been changed, I need to wait till the beginning of next month to receive my invoice so that I can check if my street name has been corrected. Like I said, it’s been 4 times now that the agent confirmed the street name correction, but when the invoice arrives, it is still incorrectly spelled. I don’t have many accounts and I need the invoice if I ever need to provide proof of address. Now the street name is incorrect and I STILL can’t use it as proof of address. They are putting me in a difficult situation due to their staff that are incapable of changing an address or the system that is faulty, but I am NOT happy with the service and / or lies. Managers, etc…PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER… I can’t cancel the contract, because I need to pay a penalty for early settlement and / or cancellation. So it’s just not worth it. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!
Good day I would like to write something about what I have been experiencing at Spur steak ranches in my area. I live in Gauteng in the East Rand and I have been to most Spurs in the area. To be quite honest, the best Spur (and they win with FLYING COLOURS) is Cherokee Spur in Bedford Centre. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the vibe is amazing. I have been going there for more than 5 years now and some of the waiters, when they see me, ask me if I will be eating my usual or if I will be ordering something else? I know some waiters by name and they always spend a minute or two chatting to me...finding out how things are going, etc. My favourite waiter is Andrew. He knows what I normally order, how I like it, he checks up on me often and MUCH MORE. Cherokee Spur is very lucky to have a great waiter like Andrew. Another reason why I prefer Cherokee Spur, is that they sell fruit coolers (1L fruit cooler). I always take the watermelon cooler. It is sssooo refreshing, BUT, they are the ONLY Spur that I have visited that gives the customer a LONG s**** so that you can actually stir (mix) the cooler. NONE of the other Spurs have that. Talking about that, I went to Silver Peek Spur in East Rand Mall and they are the WORST. Their Coke (from the machine) is always flat (not even 1 bubble...and that I experienced many times), the vibe is very dark and the waiters are not of the friendly type... The other thing that made me shiver in my pants, were and experience I would not wish on anyone. I ordered a cooler and asked for a long s****. The waiter took my cooler, threw some out into my glass, put his hand on the mouth of the container, shook it and poured the water that was in my glass back into the container...and he expected me to drink it... I am sorry, but that was gross. I immediately ordered something else and never went back there after that. I have visited 7 Eagles, Birchwood, Wichita and many other Spurs, but as I mentioned before...NONE of them come CLOSE to Cherokee Spur. So, I just want to say something to Cherokee Spur... YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AND I LOVE VISITING YOU AND YOUR STAFF IS AMAZING. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... WELL DONE!!!!!!
Well, well, well... I read the previous reviews about Tsunami Beach Bar in Farremere (Benoni), saw all the negative comments, but I decided to check out the place myself. What can I say...I agree 100%. They opened at 9:00 and we got there at 10:00…the tables were still dirty…the waiter had to clean it before we could sit down. The service was pathetic. We ordered as soon as we sat down and it took 20 minutes for our water to come. The cappuccinos were requested to have cream instead of froth...only the one cappuccino had cream, the other had froth. The cappuccinos were cold when it got to the table. I ordered a milkshake and only received it after I reminded the waiter (he forgot about my milkshake) and even then, it took SO long, that my food was almost finished before it came to the table. The food was served before we even got our cutlery. The food was also cold. We asked the waiter what type of sausage it was (due to allergies)...and I am still waiting for an answer. He said he would go find out...we reminder him again...and still no answer. The waiter also NEVER came to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. I must be honest…we will NEVER go there again and we will tell friends about our experience. Things need to change there…negative reviews have been written for the past 3 to 4 years and the service, etc. have not improved. Who trains the staff? Don’t they care about pleasing their customers?

I dealt with Sol. He was extremely helpful and friendly. My cars' roof lining was dropping down (sagging) and needed replacing. Sol showed me different options of the material he was going to use and explained to me why he was going to use a specific material. I had to book my car in for 2 days and Sol was even prepared to offer transport to take me home and collect me again, but I made my own transport arrangement. He was on time the next morning when I booked in my car and he even phoned me towards the late afternoon to inform me of the progress. The following morning he phoned me to inform me that my car was ready for collection. They did a EXCELLENT job in replacing my cars' roof lining. It looks AMAZING. Thank you very much for your professionalism and outstanding work. I have spoken to many people about the service, etc. already. I would highly recommend them.
