The website says you will receive your order delivered to your door within 3 to 7 days, I have been waiting 14 days already today on the 8th of December 2023. I placed my order and paid on the 24th of November 2023. The order number they sent me cannot be tracked, the number given does not allow you to message, I have not received a reply to the WhatsApp, is this a **** and please warn people especially now at Christmas with them advertising all their Black Friday specials etc, how do I take this matter further?
Parcel force is the worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune to use plus they do not care at all about their customers. I couriered some very important documents from the UK to South Africa on the 5th of February. Was informed by the lady at the post office that it would take 6 days, paid 60 pounds which is the same as what DHL would have charged. Now on the 22nd of February 17 days later the document has still not arrived. During the course of the last 2 weeks I have tracked the parcel which is not updated as well as spoken to about 5 customer service consultants all of whom offered no help and took no responsibility. Not sure I have ever had such bad service or feedback. They blame everything on the pandemic and when I inform them that DHL are managing on 6 days at the same price of 60 pounds all I am told is that it could take a month and that it is because they do not have their own planes. If someone had told me they run on a 3 week delay minimum I would never have used them. But there was absolutely no warning, in fact they say they have given up their guarantees well why was I not told this at the onset. I was told 6 days! They blame the post office for giving me this information and act as if it is my fault for the information I was given at the post office. This company and it's customer service are shocking!
