Yesterday the 19th June Wednesday I got treated very badly Bad cashier and manager service as manager was standing there saw and heard everything how the cashier treated and spoke to me and done nothing about it as I was twice in the shop in one day I stood in the cue as narmaly when it was my turn I paid to send a paxi parcel as I paid the cashier said she wants to first help the person behind be but rude at me from the beginning I said to her no iv just had a huge operation and i have lower back spinal injuries I stood in the cue she must help me finished she started to get a bad attitude towards me then so I got my paxi bag she said there go put your own parcel in bag move and go stand the other side so I did I put parcel in bad but I couldent close bag I was battleing she said no I must do it I told her my nails are broken I'm un able to pull the sticker off can she help me she screamed at me and said she's not allowed to help me eventually she done it I told her I'm going to report her to head office infront of the shop manager as she was not doing anything about it just standing there looking very rude aswell as I was a customer I walked out came home phoned head office.
My step-dad got taken by ambulance to hospital this morning early 83 years old and my mom very old and sickly aswell as they got there this morning they told my mom and her husband to go sit out side in the freezing cold my step day is vomiting blood and his lying on a ***** bench out side and been waiting there for hours still not seen too and out side in the freezing vold
As good customers we have received nothing but bad service from house & home we bought a dinning room suite last year witch fell apart I complained about this matter last year october some lady phoned me from the eastrand store and said they don't have stock left and told me there's 3 3 chairs in store that someone brought back really ? And she said alot of clients have been complaining about this set all 6 of our chairs are broken and the leg of the table then they eventually phoned me last week Thursday the 18th February and said they got new stock they with deliver that Thursday if not definitely the Friday the 20th then Friday came they phoned my husband and said its to late they will deliver Monday todsy is the 23 Tuesday and nothing not even s phone call very disgusted with there poor service and to top it off we don't want second hand chairs I have been batyleing with this matter from last year already and if someone does contact me then every time its a Different sorry .very bad quality dinning room set every seat is broken.
