I have made 2 online purchases in April. I tried to return some items due to fault and non-compatibility. One product was returned to the online warehouse, the refund was processed on their system but I did not receive my money. After much hassle, the other items were accepted by the store, and approx. 2 months later I have not received my refund. After multiple calls to the store, the on-line team and multiple emails, this item remains unresolved.
My car went in for a major service and to check an intermittent noise in the suspension. The owner (Mike) told me that they had done a full inspection and the noise was due to shock mounts, which I authorized them to change. Following the service, multiple issue transpired - everything from an oil leak to a rattle in the interior and noises in the suspension when driving. Since the service, my car has gone back in on multiple occasions and even spent an overnight visit at the workshop. Issues remain unresolved. Owner (Mike) started ignoring my calls until I got Bosch Car SA involved (who offer no real assistance). During the last visit, they mentioned that the engine mountings were the issue, leading me to believe that they did not do any inspection. Issues remain unresolved and owner does not want to take accountability for the poor workmanship.
Placed an order on 1 July. Part order shipped due to no stock. <br> After multiple calls, emails and hellopeter complaints (3rd one) I still have no resolution!!<br> Spoke to the online manager (Elsa) on multiple occasions to either fulfill the remainder of my order to provide me with a refund
Ordered (order # 100006801) from on-line store over 2 months ago (1 July 2015) and have still not received my complete order. Last communication I received was to find out my order number.<br> <br> Numerous calls result in no response/feedback!<br> <br> Absolutely unacceptable service.
Made an on-line purchase on 1 July,<br> Supplier called a few days later to say that they do not have all the items in stock and if I would like part shipment to be made.<br> I agreed and received part of the delivery as discussed.<br> <br> Problem started when I did not receive the balance of my order. I made numerous calls to call center and Design Quarter store (who fulfilled the order) and was told that they will ship the balance of my order.<br> <br> A few weeks later I received part of my remaining order and heard nothing back from Boardmans.<br> I then made additional calls tp the call center and the store and spoke to a manager who assured me that they will fulfill my order.<br> <br> It has been over a week and I still have not heard from Boardmans.<br> I am tired of calling them and explaining the entire situation without receiving any resolution at the end of it!<br>
