The service of this bus is totally *******. Illulabus staff needs to treat customers better it's not like customers get a free ride mxm, first in Cape Town it was a Congolese rude guy charging ridiculous prices for mini luggages(weight 17kg) worse no receipts were issued for such prices hence one could tell that those guys are ****ming, customers were charged from R50- R150 per luggage by the Congolese guy wearing orange reflector. If the Congolese guy wants tips he is supposed to ask and stop robbing people! Secondly, a mini bus was used and none of customers were informed that we will be traveling with that mini bus. Lastly, at Queenstown again we are transferred to a very dirty apm bus with ****roaches without even a pretentious polite request but by being instructed no request. This absolutely unacceptable!
It's a good thing that the Two-Pot Retirement System was introduced. It really shows what kind of service one will have to deal with when the retirement time come. I mean the announcement for the introduction of Two-Pot Retirement system was made months ago and this gave sometime to the service providers to prepare for the coming claims but still some companies like Sanlam still can't pay less than 30k in time, wow! after the entire month I was told my request hasn't been completed in fact nothing has been done on top of that there's absolutely zero communication from them 🚮
Cartrack is full of nonsense all they want and after is money, their service is very poor🚮
Excellent customer service. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you, Lusanda Base.
Great service provided by Simphiwe Zulu. She was very professional, explained everything in detail and was also patient with me she didn't mind to repeat and give clarity where she felt I wasn't not understanding. Thanks Simphiwe.
What a terrible experience with Intercape bus (Durban to Cape Town route, bus number 918) got stuck at the George intercape offices for more than an hour, bus wanted to return to knysna instead of going to cape town without asking even asking passengers, drivers telling passengers that they have been instructed to go back to knysna cause apparently another bus broke down there, seriously intercape you can't inconvenience other customers for your own faulty of failing to provide solutions. This is bull**** and a clear sign that your buses need maintenance and regular services, how can a bus broke down and you have no plan B. Curfew starts at 00:00 and you telling people that the bus will arrive in cape town at 00:00 what do u think people should do when they get to cape town mid night, you clearly not caring for the safety of your customers. We want to go home been in this bus long already now.
