SAA Museum doesn't want to refund our school. We went for an educational tour and we paid more. They told us that they will refund us till today they haven't refunded us. Their number is not working when we call. I've been sending emails but with no response. Please pay back the money. We also need it as a school.
In July I made a reservation at City Lodge Menlopark. I cancelled my booking and I was told that I will be refunded. It's been a week now they're busy telling me stories. I want my money back. I've contacted them several times but all I get is empty promises. I never thought that such a reputable company can do this to me. I'm so disappointed and angry at the same time. Can I please have my refund. You deducted more than we agreed on. The arrangement was that I pay R300 per month for 18 months and you'll start deducting it next month but today you deducted R2070. Cash balance took my money without my permission. A consultant from your company came to my work place on Wednesday to make an arrangement for my account. I agreed that they can deduct R300 every month for 18 months. And we Iagreed that they will start deducting the R300 next month but today they deducted R2000 in my account of which it was not an agreement. Pick n Pay must just cancel Pick n Pay ASAP because it's useless and have zero respect for its customers. I'm still waiting for my order since I ordered in the morning. On the app it says delivered but I haven't received it. They said they'll call me back it's been hours now I'm still waiting. When you ask them about a refund they said it will take days before I get my money back and which is a lie because I'm still waiting for my last month refund till today. Pick n Pay ASAP must fall down!!!

I made an arrangement with you that I'll afford to pay R1000 every month but today you deducted R11 000 in my account that's my whole salary how do you expect me to survive for the whole month? Last time you deducted more than we agreed on but I called and you managed to refund me my money within an hour in my Capitec bank account. Today you did the same thing and when I call you you tell me about bank statements and telling me that you don't guarantee that I will get my money back how cruel is that? And your consultant Wandile was very rude. I did send the bank statement but till now you haven't responded me. Can I please get my money back. Gems doesn't want to refund me. Last year in October I cancelled my medical aid and they told me it will be terminated on the last day of December. On January they deducted my money. I went to their office in Arcadia and they told me it will be refunded through Persal when I get my next salary. Last week I got paid but still they deducted my money again. I called them for the fourth time today but still no response. I really need this money. I cancelled my medical aid because I can no longer afford but Gems is still deducting the money and doesn't wanna refund me. GEMS I want my money ASAP I cannot wait any longer.
