On the 24 January 2021(Sunday) I upgraded my contract. I spoke to a consultant (Junior Mofokeng) at the Greenstone Mall branch. When I went to the store Junior asked for my ID number number and advised me that I do have an upgrade available. I upgraded and received a Huawei Psmart with the free Huawei Media Tab. I was advised that the monthly installment would only be R437. 99 pm. On the 13 February 2021(Saturday) I received my monthly invoice and statement saying I will be charged R783. 97 pm. I went back to the store to enquire as I signed a contract to pay R437. 99 pm. Junior then told me that the upgrade was only available in June, which he did not tell me initially, and that he did the upgrade on another number. I do not have a contract on this number and advised him of that. He then continued to argue with me saying he told me my upgrade was not available that's why he did it on the other number. I've sent an email to customer service on the 15/02/2021 and I'm still waiting for a response. I have also sent a message on Facebook and have been told I should go back to the store, but they aren't helpful at the store. I've also been advised that if I cancel the contract it will be at my expense which is unreasonable as the mistake was not made on my side.
