Unacceptable client service. Being send from pilar to post with regards to a upgrade device received NOT working at all.

Dissapointed is not the word. Please, if possilbe do not upgrade or continue your service with MTN. Worst experience of my life and NO assistance at all, eventhough they are at fault. Wish I'd rather waited and cancelled my contract with MTN after 24years with same number!!!!!
Upgraded on 3 lines which were due to for upgdrade, after being "harrased" from middle January 2021 by MTN online upgrade team by telephonic calls and sms' I upgraded eventually on 29 January 2021 at Menlyn MTN. Received excellent service, thank you to Lesego, only light in this dark tunnel. I requested her to assist me to get the best packages for me so that my current contract package will be less that what I am paying currently. Everything worked out around R1,800-00. I am aware of the upgrade fee per line when you do upgrade, and do not have a problem with that, I thought it was about R150 per line, which leaves me with about R200-00 or so more that I would have to pay more for this month only there after it would be the new contract amount of about R1800 plus R224 for another contract which expires October that will be terminated. On 12th February 2021, I received my bill for R6984-40???!!!! Where on earth will I be able to get that kind of money??? I have logged several calls, tickets and e-mails with customer care, not 1 of my e-mails I have received feedback. All tickets logged I received a "call has been closed" message. Upon investigation I was told that I have to pay for a "early upgrade fee"!!!! Excuse me??????? what early upgrade, if you YOURSELF.....MTN was "harrasing" me....... by the way...... you are still calling me to upgrade....... not sure where and how you get to that one....... Now I am battling to get this bill sorted because I do not have that kind of money to off my account when the debit orders are running. MTN are stealing and robbing me. They have uneducated customer support on duty that don't care about their loyal customers who in fact pays their salaries. I wish I never upgraded and rather waited and moved over to another provider!!!!!!!
