WORST SERVICE EVER BY ******
If I could give this company a zero-star rating, I would. A man named Muhammed took full advantage of me when I was stuck in traffic with a flat tyre. As an elderly woman, confused and panicked, I was vulnerable — and they knew it. Instead of helping, he spoke over me, pretended to call my insurance, and said the towing would be free. That was a lie. Later, when I contacted my actual insurance, they confirmed they never approved any tow. I then called the company, only for them to demand payment for towing and storage — and worse, they tried to fix things that weren’t even broken jus

Miway - Not MeWay!
It is unfortunate that I did my research before I moved insurances to Miway. With the level of competency from the broker's side - I felt I was with the right insurance. UNTIL I HAD TO CLAIM! Then the service took a 180 degrees turn. The consultant told me of 'independent witnesses' who were at the scene and were interviewed by them. From the information they got they concluded that we were dishonest and that they would not pay the claim and thus cancel the insurance. Mind you, I was given this verdict before their meeting on this matter sat - which boggles me... I am not happy at all with Miway and as much as I was not happy with my last insurance - I never thought of writing a review about them on Hellopeter! We will be cancelling all our insurance policies with Miway!
