Will never forget the bad experience I endured at Clicks Hemingways from the manager and from their head office. How they made me feel less of a human and made me feel bad for phoning them about the product I purchased from that that damaged my face. The manager didn't even wanna look at my face when I showed him what the product had done. He just told me about their policy and no sorry nothing. I decided to phone head office and received even worse service and experience from them aswell like they were taking the whole thing as a joke coz I'm the one who constantly had to phone them and ask what are they doing about the whole thing. I never wanna see clicks again after this experience. I've supported them for years and one thing goes wrong and this is the service I get from them. My face had very bad ****les with puss and it was swollen, even emailed pictures but still nothing was done about it. I'm still trying to recover from it. My face is still burning. But I will never support them again.
Had such a horrifying experience with zimplex and it's people. Purchased spotcontrol from clicks and after 2 days of using it gave me small ****les with puss all over my face. My face was red and swollen aswell from the product and decided to show them what it did to me only for them to tell a whole lot of stuff that didn't even make sense. They even mentioned why didn't I buy benzac instead of the spot control and that did not make sense at all coz according to my understanding, benzac is for acne and I had dark spots. Those people kept on shifting the blame on me instead of taking the accountability for what their product did to my face. I am still recovering from the damage caused by zimpex spot control on my face. .....what a traumatic experience.
Worst bank ever.......they are always making mistakes with our money....money just disappears and when you phone them no one knows where the money is at
I saved money with Tyme bank since last year November and everything was fine until December when I went and deposited money as usual(900), they doubled the amount to 1800. They then put my account on debit hold since January 24. I have been phoning them everyday asking them to release my funds but no. I went as far as sending emails to their legal collections department like they told me to but till this day there is no answer. They decided to take my money that was in my account (194). And still my account is on debit hold. I phoned them again and sent them messages on face book ,they tell me to wait 24;hours but I don't get help after 24 hours. All I need is my child's money for his school fees that I've been saving with them. He is supposed to start school on Monday but Tyne bank has his money...I can't make any transactions please help me I need the money ASAP.
