We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service we received from the hospitality manager and her colleague. We purchased a voucher through Wikideal specifically to celebrate Valentine’s Day. My husband called more than 10 times and sent emails trying to make a dinner reservation before eventually getting through. He even called again afterwards to confirm that our booking was secured, and we were reassured that everything was in order. When we arrived on the day, we were shockingly told that our voucher was not valid for their Valentine’s Day special and that we would need to return another time. This was extremely upsetting, especially considering the multiple confirmations we received beforehand. The situation escalated further due to the unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from staff. We were shouted at as we were walking out the door, which was humiliating and completely inappropriate customer service. We made a great deal of effort to plan this special evening together. We arranged childcare and paid a nanny to look after our baby, only for our Valentine’s Day plans to be completely ruined due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, we are now unable to obtain a refund because the voucher was purchased in January. It is incredibly unfair that customers must carry the loss for mistakes and miscommunication on the establishment’s side. We would strongly urge management to investigate this matter and take accountability. At the very least, we believe a refund or suitable compensation should be considered, as this entire experience has been unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
My car is in for repairs and Cartrack received an alert the moment they started working on the car and Kutlwano Manana called immediately to check if everything was okay. Thank you for your prompt service.
Car track called me to advise that my unit was faulty but i missed the call. I then called back and was assisted by Ntombethemba Mdlophi. She was very friendly and efficient on the call. Thank you Ntombethemba Mdlophi for your 5 star service.
I am extremely dissapointed in the service that I am receiving from Virgin Active Mitchell's Plain. Last year my husband and I signed up for membership. I told the sales consultant that I wanted to start 1 July 2021 as my vitality access would be activated by then. Somehow this guy convinced us to join a few day prior and pay the public access to get immediate access into the gym. He then stated that once my Vitality activate, we would get the full refund of the public access money paid into my account shortly after the the activation fee for the Vitality has been paid. After a whole back and forth, I only received my money back April 2022. Bad? Its about to get worse. My Vitality cancelled as I cancelled my medical aid, thinking that I would go back to paying R370 per person. Nobody told me that I will.be paying R460 per month for myself and my husband. I called the branch. I went in numerous times. The sales Manager is never there. I was promised a call back numerous time. I am.at my witsend and do not know what to do anymore. Clearly you do not care about your clients. You only care about the debit order going off.
