I ordered on the 27 April until today no sms and no email. I have already spend R500 on Airtime calling them everyday but they keep telling me they will escalate the matter. I regret and they have already deducted the money from my account and they can't refund and no delivery also. Order number : 5509017 Useless service
I deposited R2300 to capitec ATM which Capitec took it without any trace no debit order nothing and client of mine sent me R650 to my account and sms came that R650 was paid on my account and still still my account shoes 0.00
I placed a order on the 27 december 2021 and i paid using - PAYU. but until today i havent received my order they just told me that they will assist me but and i called 3 times and sent emails but nothing was solved. today on the 5th January they told me that they will give me feedback before 5pm but its already 19: 55 now and no reply. Not happy with the service coz luckily i was ordering for myself ; imagine if i was ordering for a friend of someone else which means i was suppose to use my money t refund. i sent a proof of payment to them but still there nothing this is what they sent to me: Dear STHEMBILE NKOSI, Your inquiry ZA215807663 has been responded to today. those are very best guys and i called them requesting a quote and they sent to me and their price was good as well and am happy with their service, they left my place clean. thanks Jumani Tree Felling
