Shoddy workmanship and zero customer service.
This Company installed my borehole about a year ago. The water pump now stopped working and you cannot get hold of the owners. They do not answer their cell phones. I called another company who repaired the borehole on a Sunday and they established that the company that installed my original water pump; did not bolt the water pump to the motor which resulted in the pump getting loose and damaged. It could not be used again. This at an enormous cost to me. Pumped Up Borehole systems refused to accept responsibility for shoddy workmanship and have zero customer service.

Terrible shoody work
Please dont use this supplier. They do shoddy work which is not supervised and do not supply material that was quoted. Wendy house constructed is of bad quality, feels like its going to fall apart. Owner threatened my wife for outstanding payment., but did not deduct work not completed and mistakes made by them.

Generator Purchase
I bought a generator for R49 950.00 on 19 October 2021. It worked the first time but thereafter the battery ran flat. I queried this and my battery was replaced. Worked once and this battery too ran flat in a week. Spending this amount on a generator and you have to buy a new battery id ridiculous.

Pathetic Samsung Service
Purchased an upright Samsung Freezer from Takealot. We noted upon delivery that the moulding in the freezer was cracked. Notified Takealot who stated that we should contact Samsung directly. After contacting Samsung numerous times, we have had no joy. This is from the beginning of January 2021 to date. Samsung sent their technician to assess and he agreed that the freezer is brand new with a crack in the mould and the freezer must be replaced. Still no replacement or communication from Samsung. We call them weekly for an update.
