I purchased a Coffee Machine from them in December When it arrived , the capsules I ordered were wrong I then checked and saw that the correct capsules are to expensive I then returned the machine a day later and kept the capsules for my Mothers machine as they fit. It is now half way through February and still no refund, they claim it has been paid to me already, but nothing reflecting in my bank account All I want is my money back and I will leave them alone, but no they must like it when customers complain
Very happy with MTN. I have been with them fir over 20 years and no problems.
Since I have been with KIng Price I have had nothing but the best service. I also want to Thank Brendon Louw for his great service on 02/03/2021. He really made me feel like a human being.
