At first I thought Coinbase was just another **** business because I was under the impression that they don't help resolve issues like in my case, profile verification on their website. I made contact with their support team on X, @CoinbaseSupport( with the gold checkmark), and within 24 hours my problem was resolved. I recommend getting in contact with them before you leave a bad review here on HelloPeter, and DO NOT trust anyone if they do not respond back from this profile. Have patience and your issues WILL be resolved.
Just a quick shout out for the great service by Bongiwe Masondo at the Tyme Bank Call center, who resolved my login issue within minutes. Thank you for your 5 star service.
I will never recommend any of Supa Quick companies, and they will NEVER see me or anyone I know. Even if they give their service or products away. And I cannot trust that any of their branches won't do the same. On 31 January of 2021, I visited their one branch in East London CBD to have my car's wheel alignment done. They parked my car on one of their hoists while I was in the vicinity. I witnessed one of their staff members going in under the car and doing what looked like inspection. I was then a bit later informed by the sales person that the tie rod ends needs to be replaced before wheel alignment can be done , which would cost me about R2500 for the tie rod ends. I informed them that I do not have that kind of money but the sales agent that spoke to me said that it's very dangerous to drive with the car like that. I told him that I cannot afford it, because I couldn't, and they then took my car off the hoist and I left. From there I traveled about 800 kms (to Bloemfontein and I drove around for only a few kilometres at a time,) when on Saturday the 27th of february the one tie rod end wiggled itself loose and became undone and it fell in the road as I was driving on a national highway. I immediately stopped when I saw the car part and which was the left front wheel's tie rod end. The tie rod end was not broken but the nut was gone. After driving around for over 4 years with the tie rod ends that are inatalled, how did the lock nut undo itself all of a sudden if they did not loosen it? And did the ever our the nut back? Needless to say it could have caused a major accident with a very high potential of being fatal if it was that this happened during my long trip to Bloemfontein.
