Currently have a problem where I cannot do an online upgrade due to "technical issues". None of Vodacom service departments can resolve : Customer Care Department Customer Upgrades Department Customer Contracts Department Customer After Sales Department Was also told to visit a Vodacom Store for assistance and neither the Store Manager, Technical Manager or Sales Guy can resolve it either. This is my third upgrade now where I cannot get this resolved. Plenty of frustrating phone calls and store visits and all I get is hands thrown in the air and a bland look, or transferred from department to department in Vodacom. So I guess I'm unique. With 20 million plus customers I am the only one who seems to not be able to do an online upgrade and also have a problem that Vodacom in all it's wisdom and glory have no clue how to resolve
Just a huge shout out and praise to Brandon's Pool Care Leaping Frog... They have just completed a 3 day project mabiliting the pool, installing a salt chlorinator, replacing filter sand (and various other pump components) and installing a complete roof solar panel pool heating system. The project was extremely well managed, communication at all levels was way above expectations, and pricing was very competitive. All staff on site were also very professional, well presented, well mannered and friendly. The quality of the work was also excellent, with absolute attention given to the smaller details. What really impressed was the neatness of their work and also how they kept the site clean and tidy at all times. Thank you Kevin, to you and your staff, for an exceptionally well managed and executed project.
