This company is unreliable. My partner requested ther services as our washing machine was not completing washing cycles. Their technician only came on 01/02/2026 to fix the machine but we never used it that day as I have already used the laundromat previous day. The machine only worked one weekend on 07/02/2026. Weekend of the 14/02/2026 the machine was not completing washing cycles again and I had to use the laundromat once again. We contacted Appliance technicians and they advised they will come repair on 20/02/2026 but they did not pitch. The technician said he will come on Saturday but no one came. Then the technician said will be late on that Saturday but still did not pitch. I had to use the Laundromat again that night. I sent my dissatisfaction to them and spoke to a guy called Robert who advised that I will get a technician on Friday 27/02/2026 and no one came. The technician called me to tell me he can only come through on Saturday as he's car is being serviced I asked him if didnt he know the car will be serviced but he didnt answer me. I then contacted the company again and I was told he will be there on Satuday 28/02/2026 but no one came to my house. I had two event to attend, I had Discovery 10km run and I had Killarney drags in the afternoon. I didn't even get to attend those events. Because I had to go to the Laundromat again and I decided to buy a new machine yesterday. Now I am on for the to refund me. Which is a struggle.
I went on a WhatsApp chat platform and I was chatting with Bongekile who was very kind and helpful. She couldn't help with all of my requests and transferred me to Collenn. This Guys was amazing and he was there with me step by step to assist. He helped me and exceeded my expectations. Both Collenn and Bongekile were amazing. MiWay staff is the best. I've never had any complaints.
I sent an email to MiWay about changing my address and Spoke to Dipuo who helped me with that. She was an Amazing advisor. She asked me specific questions including how I would like to be helped. She knew what she was doing, she was with me every step of the way. A very friendly young lady who explained her capabilities and what she can do for me. She arranged a call back from retention who also helped me stay with MiWay. Its not called MiWay for nothing. They helped me do things MiWay.
Bonolo really assisted me with reviewing my Premium by confirming with me, what type of insurance would be good for me and this also helped to lower my premium. Thanks Bonolo and Thanks MiWay.
