Worse place to by chick3n licken.

8:52pm on the 31st of Jan 2026 , called in order for 36 wings, she said we can come immediately to collect , went to Chicken licken alamgam to collect only to find out that they didnt process my order and I first got told to wait 10min , then 10mins pass went in ,they said no wait for 2mins , 2mins went back in and the wings were still not ready. We waited for more than 45 mins to receive our order and we called to place it. We didnt even eat the chicken since she made it fall on the ground and put it back in. It wasn't only 1 piece that fell it was a handful.

Pathetic service

The service a paying customer gets from HiFiCorp is pathetic in so many ways. And unacceptable service I recently experienced with your call centre and whatsapp chat . On multiple occasions, my calls were answered but the agents remained silent, offering no assistance or resolution. This lack of communication is both frustrating and unprofessional, leaving me without the support I expected from your company. In addition, I received an SMS notification stating that my order would be delivered on the 29th of December. However, when I checked your website, it still shows that the order must be picked up. This contradiction has caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. We currently in the New Year 2nd of January 2026 and I still have not received any updates from HiFiCorp. All they advise is that my complaint has been escalated. I will never order anything from HiFiCorp again.

Open serve , customer service has gone down. I called the help line *** just to find out when the cable department will come out and fix the box so Afrihost and activate my line I am waiting for more than 7 days now. They cant provide you with any updates, all they say is I must wait for someone to come put. Its so pathetic. What makes me even more angry its a service that I am paying for.. and yet I must phone everyday to get the same answer. The owners of openserve must really look into this service there employees are giving paying customers
