This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had with NetFlorist. The website advertises “Spend R500 get 20 percent off” and “Spend R1000 get 40 percent off”, but after spending over R1000 and entering the codes provided, no discount was app****. The Ts and Cs link did not open, and the only visible terms on the page were the Coupon Terms and Conditions, which I read because that is where these rules should be. Much further down the page there is a separate Terms and Conditions section buried in a long document, and that is where NetFlorist later claimed the discount dates were hidden. This is misleading and not reasonably accessible to customers. The vouchers originally showed the date as 28 November 2025, and after I queried it, the date suddenly changed to 1 December. Luckily I recorded everything. Support was rude and told me to “read the terms”, even though the landing page, the codes, and the Ts and Cs link gave no indication of any dates or restrictions. This was misleading advertising, and I will be sharing my experience publicly. Consumers deserve clear and honest information, not this.
If you are in the Market for property and you see signage stating that "Yvonne Nathan" is the Estate Managers....Stay away, No issues raised will be attended to because nobody is as important as she thinks she is!
Do not order online unless you expect the worst service and do not trust their stock holdings as only after you've paid they will inform you they don't have stock and you will wait a month or longer... As for refunds good luck you would probably have to wait weeks for that as well.
