Horrible experience working here!
So it's gone pass 3 months that I've been dismissed from the company for somewhat reason, and I've worked for 8 days however when returned back to the company they mentioned that they have deducted 5 days salary because I absconded work. I have tried on numerous occasions getting in touch with the company however they always have excuses like the HR person (Dempsey) was not available and they would ask him to get in touch but for 3 months I'm still waiting for feedback. This is not about the money, it's about being honest to their employees. How can you guys run a business by making your own rules? It's surely not in my contract that this would happen if one was not at work, as far as I'm aware, NO COMPANY EVER DOES THIS!! This is not part of the employment act as I've seen. So I hope this message finds you well and also to people doing business with AMALFI OUTSOURCING, think twice as they will Rob you. It needs to be known that the people running the business are behind this, Halima is the person who told me that this is the reason. Can someone please help.

HORRIBLE AGENCY TO WORK FOR. THEY ARE ROUGES WHO STEAL AND ROB THE POOR PEOPLE!!!
I have been recently employed here by a person named Goodman who is a recruiter for the agency and was told that we get paid weekly which worked in arrears, my 1 year old baby was diagnosed with Covid 19 which I informed him and sent him test results which I have proof of. Obviously I needed to quarantine as I'm in contact with her so I am currently in quarantine. Goodman has promised my wage to be paid to me for last before week which was 02/08/21 until the 06/08/21 and said it would be paid by Friday last week which was a lie. He then went on to say that I'd get paid by Monday as my time sheet was not complete. So I contacted VOLVO directly ( The company that I was hired to work for) who then said that the matter was sorted out with Goodman. I have been trying to contact him ever since however he keeps sending me a message that he will contact Naresh who is the manager at Volvo and has nothing to do with it. I need this guy exposed for what he is doing as the money is needed for my baby's needs and it is due to me. Why do I need to run around for my own money

Inconsiderate and unreliable company to work for!
So this is something I hated doing but I'm left with no choice. Telesure investment holdings was the company I was last employed at and I was told that I'll receive my salary after returning their equipment which I have done on the 26/02/2021, they have promised to release payment then. After they've received the equipment they have been ever since telling me that they are speaking to finance to release my payment. As a family man and as a human being I need money to live as I have a 9 month old baby who needs milk. A family who needs food on the table and as the bread winner in my family I'm now in a situation where Telesure investment holdings doesn't want to pay me my salary which Is due to me.
